SwagTex stands behind the quality of its products and service. Because every order is custom made just for you, we cannot offer refunds on custom orders — but we guarantee our workmanship. Your decoration will not peel, crack, or fall off under normal use and care. If it does, contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date of your purchase and we will make it right.

SwagTex products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment.

Our Quality Checklist

Before any order leaves our shop, we follow a quality checklist to make sure it meets your standards and that all information is correct:

• Order details are verified against your approved design and specifications.
• Names, numbers, sizes, colors, and quantities are checked for accuracy.
• Print and decoration quality is inspected for clean, durable application.
• Finished products are reviewed to confirm they meet our workmanship standards before pickup or shipping.

What We Can't Be Responsible For

SwagTex takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

• Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
• Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
• Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
• Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

Check Your Design Before Ordering

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, SwagTex does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing.
