SwagTex Customs is hiring an entry level production associate for our screen printing and embroidery shop located inside the Berlin Farmers Market in Berlin, NJ. About the Role

As a production associate, you'll help produce custom screen printed and embroidered orders for our customers, making sure every order is completed accurately and on time. This is a hands-on, fast-paced production role, so you should be ready to stay active and keep up with order volume throughout your shift.

✓ Takes direction well and follows instructions closely
✓ Works well under pressure in a fast-paced production environment
✓ Is dependable, punctual, and available on a consistent weekly schedule

Thursday & Friday — daytime hours
Saturday & Sunday — afternoon hours
