HOW IT WORKS

Custom 3D die cast pins offer a depth and design flexibility not found in standard die struck enamel pins.  This manufacturing style employs spin casting of molten metal to achieve a level of detail that really stands out for accesories, awards of service, or promotional events. 

3D pins can be created in all metal, hard enamel, or soft enamel designs. The best designs leverage a mixture of flat and three dimensional areas for strong contrast.

3D cast pins can incorporate true depth, curves and dimensional qualities that can bring your pin to life.  Pins thicker than 3mm will have a higher unit cost & possibly a mold fee depending upon requirements. Attachments other than pin posts and nonstandard lock designs are available by quote.
